The Perfect Pan-Roasted Rosemary Potatoes!



Another great healthy holiday side dish I stumbled upon was this pan-roasted rosemary red skin potatoes! Prep time is only 15mins and cooking time 15mins and did I mention its take 5 ingredients to make!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of oliveoil
1 pound of small red potatoes halved
6 cloves of fresh garlic
3 sprigs of rosemary
Coarse salt and pepper

Directions:
Heat oil over medium heat
Add potatoes with sides facing down,cook,turning potatoes occasionally for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Add rosemary and a 1/2 cup of water and reduce medium heat to low,cover,cook. Turn potatoes occasionally until tender and water has evaporated. Check potatoes after 15mins but they should be cooked between 15-20mins,add more water if potatoes aren't cooked all the way through.
Stop rosemary leaves and scatter season the potatoes,add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. enjoy!!
